Remote Control

Follow the steps below to initiate a remote control session, thus allowing to view and control your computer remotely.

1.) Call us at 912-384-PC4U (7248).

2.) Click here to download the software.

3.) Download and run the software.

Note: It may give you several alerts: "Are you sure you want to run...", click Run.
If it asks you to register, click "Later" or "No, I do not want to register."

4.) Once you open the file, you should have an ID number on your screen. Give us this number.

5.) Sit back and relax as we quickly solve your computer problems.
